TOP 40/HIP-HOP CLUBS/EVENTS/NIGHTS playing a bit of "CLUB/HOUSE HITS" WILL NOT BE ADDED. If you aren't primarily a destination for edm, don't even bother. (I barely even add some of Las Vegas style "house" DJ nights. I had to draw the line some where... sorry.)

All submissions require approval (and most will be reviewed within a couple of days). You WILL NOT be receiving emails as to the status of a submission, so just be patient. Also be sure to review the guidelines before submitting. If you're not sure why your event keeps on getting rejected, feel free to contact us.

Submission Guidelines
  • SF based events only (only a few exceptions made for big parties at places like Cow Palace, Fox Theatre, Oracle Arena, Greek Theatre, etc).
  • If there are separate links to a Facebook event page and directly to a ticket purchase page, please add both.
  • Please limit event tags/genres to 3 or 4 items total.
  • Please don't mark local DJs as "headliners". We know who they are, so we'll just un-mark those. We usually save "headliners" for out-of-town touring DJs that don't play SF more than 3 or 4 times a year.
  • Hip-hop & Top 40 clubs playing the occasional "dance hits" will be rejected.
  • Non-headliner dance/mash-up weeklies will also likely get rejected.
  • Don't list a dozen promoters associated with an event. In most cases, we only care about the main one or two and we'll remove all others.
  • Don't add affiliations, record labels, cities or countries as part of the DJ names.
  • Don't submit in ALL CAPS
